Join us in the Learning Centre for an evening talk from Coastwatch volunteer, Nick Reed, about the National Coastwatch institution Lookout at Peveril Point.
Although just over thirty years old , the NCI carries on a long tradition of protecting the Dorset coastline that goes back to the 1700’s and even earlier. Nick will explore the history of the site and explain about the vital role that the Coastwatch stations play in helping to keep our coasts safer. £3.50 per person and free for Friends of Durlston.
No need to book just turn up on the night. If you're interested in more of our evening talks, we hold one on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm (excluding July, August and December).
